Let us keep track of donations and corresponding addresses for your donors. We produce annual, semi-annual or quarterly giving statements for your church or organization.
- Receipts can be provided for non-recurring donor situations, such as missionary organizations.
Donations using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Allow your contributors to donate funds directly from their bank account to the church’s bank account through this service. For schools, tuition can be handled through this service as well.
Direct Deposit
- For payroll clients, we offer direct deposit of payroll checks into employee bank accounts. This is a great benefit and convenience for employees, as it alleviates the need for employees to go to the bank, and eliminates the need to write checks and find signatories for payroll checks. Payroll stubs are always provided.
