Ministries have a long and storied history of struggling with staff accountability and performance issues. A lack of knowledge and understanding of acceptable performance expectations along with appropriate measuring and reporting systems has resulted in the average Senior Pastor relocating every two years, staff suing their respective ministries for miss-treatment and wrongful terminations and even worse, organizations living with underperforming staff who linger indefinitely without improving, subsequently impairing the organization from reaching its God-given potential.
In this workshop, "How to hire, motivate and release staff, paid and volunteer," participants will be given the tools necessary to significantly improve their hiring, motivating and firing skills.
